The Springer Team is a true family business. Christopher and Stacia Springer are Colorado natives who have been together since 1992, and Christopher has been helping Colorado homeowners with mortgages since 1997. Our sons, James and Alek, help behind the scenes with client care and scheduling. Together, Christopher and Stacia bring 56 years of combined lending and real estate experience.
We specialize in Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs) for homeowners 55 and older, including HECM for Purchase, which helps seniors buy their next home. We also offer HELOCs and DSCR loans for real estate investors. Christopher holds the CREV designation.
