I highly recommend Jason and the rest of the team at Reasy Financial. I have been looking into buying a home for years with other financial companies but they were never helpful and led me to believe I could not afford a home. I finally reached out in June 2025 saying I was seriously wanting to look into buying a home with a company I had been using for years. That company was unable to get me approved with the current job that I was in. I finally got fed up with that company and just looked into a different realtor in September who got me in touch with Jason. By this time, I was actually unemployed, but did have a new job that I’d be starting in the next few weeks. Jason and his team got me approved immediately, within a day (while I was unemployed when the last company couldn’t get me approved while I was employed) and we’re able to get me a mortgage that I absolutely could afford even though the house was $100,000 more than I was told I could afford. They were quick to respond to my many questions and they were so on top of everything. I closed on the house in October And even though the deal has been completed months ago, I still hear from Jason with updates about my current financial standing and he’s even put me on a list to let me know when the best time to refinance is, so my mortgage can be even more affordable. I’m so HAPPY that I found Amie with Howe Realty and Jason with Reasy Financial as they were the absolute best team I could have asked for!! I would refer them to anyone!!!
