John was wonderful! Although we didn’t make a purchase, he still took the time, created a spread sheet and gave us different scenarios and answered all of our questions. I did call 2 “top” lenders before finding John and all they told us was to apply for the loan and see what happens. John sat with us and shared all his knowledge with us before we even applied for a loan. That’s 10/10 service.

This business is more than a business. They are your coach, your confidante, sounding board, educator, friend.I had a rather complicated loan going. But they knew just what to do and when. The only delay was due to the US Government.But, in mid process of a more traditional loan, my VA entitlement became available. They were able to change direction. Within days (less than a week) we were closing.I've worked with Robin, Dani, and Ariel before as well. It's default for me to go to them for any real estate financing that I may need.You want someone on your side. That has the expertise. That has the stamina. AND...you enjoy what's usually a stressful time...CALL THEM!!! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Ashli and her team were amazing through the whole process!! We went through a bad experience last year with another lender/company where they promised us a clear to close and told us a week before closing that we needed to pay an additional 20k. Nothing they were saying was adding up and made the entire thing unpleasant. We were hesitant to go through the lending process again but Ashli understood what we had gone through and made sure to constantly reassure us. She answered all our questions without hesitation, recommend her 100% ☺️

My husband and I were provided Ashli's information from a luxury custom home builder and worked with her for ~6 months through the design process. She was wildly communicative and would even respond outside of "normal" business hours. She re-ran numbers based on a number of scenarios for us several times and always came across as truly having our best interest in mind, including working with the lender to get in front of known changes in income (commission-based compensation). She brought a refreshing source of genuine personality that we've found lacking in the home mortgage business as well. In addition, as a gay couple, there's always a bit of uncertainty in working with new businesses, but we were truly thrilled with the service Ashli provided and would highly recommend.While we ended up not going with them (through no fault of Ashli or H&M's), I would absolutely work with them if the opportunity arose and had no service issues in the months we worked together.
