Beyond mortgage lending, Scot is also the Owner and Vice President of Labeda Hockey, a legacy manufacturing company founded by his father, Bob Labeda, in 1969. Labeda Hockey has become a recognized name in inline hockey and has expanded its reputation by producing high-quality products for well-known brands in the longboard, skateboard, and fitness industries. His experience leading across multiple industries reflects a strong foundation in business operations, brand growth, and long-term vision.
A dedicated athlete from an early age, Scott’s background in speed skating and inline hockey helped shape the discipline, work ethic, and competitive drive he brings to every area of his life. He is currently active on Team USA Hockey, competing at the highest level of inline hockey. In addition, he owned and operated a CrossFit gym from 2011 to 2021, further reflecting his passion for fitness, leadership, and community.
